We’re fortunate for the moment that the UK Government has agreed that we should continue operating our online store. Although beauty and wellness may not be viewed as essential, many categories are necessary such as shower gel, shampoo and deodorant – and for many people, our wellbeing products enable self-care which bring joy and calmness at a time of anxiety.
Amelia Nour has experienced changes in demand over the past few weeks and to comply with the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Government guidelines, we have put in place a number of measures so we can continue to provide moments of wellbeing to our customers as long as it remains permitted and safe to do so. We will continue to keep close to the latest government advice.
Our store in Leicester is closed until further notice in accordance with the government guidelines. We will still be busy taking on new products and serving up lots of beauty and wellbeing, so keep an eye on our New Arrivals. We'll also be putting up plenty of irresistible beauty offers.
Our online store remains open. We are still busy and packing orders around the clock. Your packages are prepared and sent under the strictest hygiene conditions. Gloves and masks are worn when we pack your orders alongside regular sanitation.

We are working extremely hard to respond to all of your queries as quickly as possible.
Please be polite, and only contact us about your order if it has not arrived after the 10th working day.
With increased demand for a beauty and wellbeing boost and reduced workforce, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
You should expect your delivery to arrive 8-10 working days from the day you ordered. The first working day will begin the following day for orders placed after 2pm. For information including delivery time frames if you are ordering outside the UK, please visit our delivery page.
Please note, Royal Mail services are no longer obtaining a signature at delivery in order to reduce the possibility of transmission at the point of delivery. They will note a Surname as proof of delivery. Please up to date with tracking to ensure you are able to take the delivery. A delivery card or notice will be left for you to re-arrange any missed delivered. This is at the customers responsibility and we are unable to assist with this.
