  • During our sale and peak periods, all delivery options may take longer than the estimated delivery time frame.
  • Standard delivery service is available for all addresses within the UK.
  • Next Day and Saturday Delivery is available for all UK Mainland addresses.
  • Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Signature is required on delivery of all parcels for security reasons.

If you know you won't be at home during normal office hours, please provide an
alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your
parcel.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please simply return the unused products to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition.

We are unable to make a refund for products which have been opened, used,
damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale. If your order
qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund can be processed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Please email customerservice@amelianour.co.uk and let us know your order
number and your reason for the return.

We will then email you a returns form for you to print out and send back with your
package.

All products must be packed securely and returned to:

We recommend that you use a delivery service that provides a tracking number and that you retain a proof of postage to ensure the safe return of the products. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded and all of the returned goods will be at your expense.

For any parcels delivered outside of the UK, please ensure your package is sent
back by Recorded Delivery.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a
re-saleable condition, your refund will be issued without delay.

Your refund will be confirmed by email, and will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 working days to show on your statement from the time of issue.

If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Customer Service to make alternative arrangements.

RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO THE STORE

You can return your order to our Store; just make sure you bring your order
confirmation or invoice with you. For refunds please ensure you have the original
payment card with you. 

Unfortunately, if you have paid via PayPal we will need you to return your order to us.
