Our product selection process is guided by stringent criteria to ensure that every item we carry reflects our dedication to promoting beauty in harmony with the planet, animals, and people.

• Ethical Sourcing: We prioritise products sourced from brands who uphold fair labour practices, respect human rights, and support local communities. Our suppliers are vetted to ensure ethical treatment of workers throughout the supply chain, from ingredient sourcing to manufacturing.
• Sustainable Ingredients: We carefully select products made with sustainably sourced ingredients that minimise environmental impact. Our commitment to sustainability extends to avoiding ingredients linked to deforestation, overharvesting, and habitat destruction.
• Vegetarian and Vegan Formulations: All of our beauty products are vegetarian-friendly, if not vegan. We firmly believe in offering cruelty-free alternatives that deliver exceptional results without compromising on ethics or quality. We request documentation and certifications from our brands to verify this information.
• In-house Product Testing: All products are tested by our team to ensure that they meet the quality standards and perform effectively
• Certifications and Standards: We seek out brands certified by reputable organisations that validate our commitment to ethics, sustainability, vegan and vegetarianism. Look for certifications such as Vegan, Certified B Corp, Certified Organic, Cruelty-Free, Sustainably Sourced and Certified Natural on our product pages to guide your purchasing decisions.
• Community Engagement: We actively engage with our community to raise awareness about ethical beauty practices and promote positive change in the industry. Through educational initiatives and partnerships with like-minded brands, we strive to foster a culture of conscious consumption
• Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuously reviewing and updating our product selection to reflect advancements in ethical sourcing, sustainable practices, and customer preferences. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve and evolve.
