REFUND POLICY

Return by post or in store

We're pleased to inform you that any unopened, un-used and un-damaged products can be returned and fully refunded within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Excludes sale items, gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded and any delivery costs are at your expense for items returned by post to us. For electrical devices, the warranty period falls in line with the brand in questions warranty period. Please visit the brand's website for further information.

We will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account.

  • Please send an email to customerservice@amelianour.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return back to us.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment.
  • Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging and that your original invoice is included. All items must be in their original product packaging.

Returns in store 

  • Bring your original order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to Amelia Nour. 
  • Please ensure that all items are in their original product packaging.
  • Bring a valid photo identification and the original method of payment for verification purposes. If approved, your refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment.
