  • Please be aware that reviews are moderated prior to being made live. We will edit any misuse of language and may modify spelling/grammar where appropriate. Please also note that by leaving a product review you are giving consent for your views to be used by Amelia Nour for marketing purposes.

How do i subscribe to amelia nour emails?

  • You can subscribe to our emails by scrolling to the bottom of our homepage. You will see a box which asks you to enter your email address. Once entered, you will be sent a link asking you to confirm if you are happy to subscribe. 

How do i change my email address or address?

  • You can edit your email address by logging into your Account and selecting 'Profile'. You will then be able to edit your personal information including updating your email address.
  • You can amend your postal address by logging into your Account and selecting 'Delivery Address'. You will then be able to edit your postal address.

Where's my order?

  • You will receive an email along with the tracking details confirming your order has been dispatched. Depending on your chosen shipping method, your parcel will arrive anytime between 1-4 working days (or up to 14 days if it is an international order).
  • If your order has not arrived, please check if you have received a red slip by Royal Mail in case you were out at the time of delivery. You are also able to track the parcel by entering the tracking details at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
