The easiest everyday smoothie

The “you can’t go wrong” smoothie. With affordable, cupboard ready ingredients that provide you with healthy slow release morning carbohydrates to fuel your energy for the day, proteins, skin harmonising nutrients, blood sugar regulating properties and standard deliciousness, this quick recipe makes enough for 2 people to have a seriously fabulous morning.  

i n g r e d i e n t s :

3 bananas 

3 heaped tbsps peanut butter (try to source palm oil free and organic)

3 tsps ground cinnamon powder 

3 tbsps raw organic local honey 

3 small handfuls of oats 

500ml oat milk 

m e t h o d : 

Bang all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth, et voilà, you’re ready to surp n’ go!
