We are looking forward to re-opening our Francis Street store for retail this week.
Our first priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and customers. We have been working diligently on implementing the highest of standards in safety protocols, protective measures, and new customer
guidelines and policies. We are ensuring our entire team is highly skilled in providing as safe of an environment as possible, while providing our best possible Amelia Nour experience.
What we’re doing at Amelia Nour
Masks
• Our team will have daily temperature checks, conduct frequent hand washing and wear a mask.
Social Distancing
• There are designated floor markers indicating social distancing
Hygiene + Sanitisation
• Our store has been deep cleaned + disinfected and freshly painted
• We will be conducing frequent daily cleaning of all high-touch surfaces (including doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, phones and sinks)
• We have installed a till point screen for enhanced social distancing and separation
• Each night, our store will be thoroughly cleaned
• We will now be cashless and not accepting cash as payment
Limited Capacity
• We have limited our capacity to 2 customers in-store

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am-4:00pm
Sunday: Closed
Visiting Amelia Nour
• It is essential to wear a mask at all times while at Amelia Nour
• Sanitising your hands is required when entering. We will provide sanitiser at the front door and around our store
• Please come unaccompanied (if possible)
• Please do not come into the store if you are feeling sick, showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have come into contact with anyone having COVID-19
• We ask that you do not visit Amelia Nour if you have travelled outside of the country within 14 days. You can still shop with us online – all our deliveries are contact-free
