I recently ordered a Neom Pod as a gift. There was a slight delay on dispatch so I emailed Customer Services who replied quickly the same day to explain that stock was arriving the next day and that my item would be immediately dispatched. True to their word this happened and the item was received 24 hours later. Will definitely be using this company again.

The smell this gives out once oil is added is lovely. I like the fact it has a timer on so you can just put it on and forget about it andit also turns itself off automatically when it runs out of water. I like it that much thinking of purchasing another for my bedroom if they are on offer in the Black Friday sale

Absolutely Love This

Absolutely love this diffuser. It has different brightness and it also has the option to be on a timer for 1/2 or 3 hours. It produces a lovely light mist and the light really makes it stand out. Very pretty and relaxing
